We are dedicated to creating a culture of continuous learning and development (L&D), enabling our workforce to acquire new skills, knowledge, and mindset required to tackle future challenges, seize upcoming opportunities, and contribute to the success of the Company.

We partner with renowned educational institutions and professional organisations to offer state of the art training and professional certifications. The L&D programs are designed for various levels of management. In addition, subject specific trainings are organized to develop subject awareness, industry knowledge and evolving skills. Our e-Learning initiative, e-Vidyalaya, in collaboration with Skillsoft, offers anytime, anywhere access to immersive learning through the Percipio platform.
